Please note that some of these are poisonous!  Please double check with someone knowledgable before ingesting any kind of herb, etc.  The ones I've notated with * are not to be ingested--period!  The ones with {P} next to them should be handled very carefully (or avoided) by pregnant or nursing women.  The ones with ** next to them can be harmful to people with certain long term illnesses--please ask your Dr. about them.

I have only made notations next to the herbs I personally know to be harmful; I am not an expert in this field, so as I said, double check with *someone else* before ingesting/applying concoctions using these herbs!

Suggested uses are: mixing selected herbs into a melted wax for making a personal power candle; or for making herb sachets/power pouches.  As with most magickal ingredients, it is thought best to use an odd number of herbs.

**I would also like to add, that if you have seen this on ~another~ group, it is mine originally, I did not "take" it and repost it, however I have shared it with others who posted it to a certain group with my permission.  I also give anyone here permission to repost it if you'd like--Ahreinya H.**
