Drink Lemon Water Everyday

Image
Please listen, Drink a cup of warm, not hot, not cold, lemon water everyday first thing in the Morning before eating or drinking. You will feel so much better, be so much healthier and have a better life. Trust me, I have done it, stopped for a while and got back on it and I am living proof it works. I feel so much better when I do this daily.  Lemon Water Daily Here’s How I Use Lemon Juice Every Day 1. Drink the juice of one lemon in one cup of warm water first thing in the morning (on an empty stomach). 2. Make sure to wait 30 minutes before eating breakfast, as this will ensure your body gets the most energy and nutrients from the food you eat. Use fresh lemons (preferably organic and locally grown) and mineral rich filtered water. 3. In terms of water temperature, Goldilocks’ approach is key —not too hot, not too cold, but just right. In this case just right is lukewarm. Boiling water will destroy some of the enzymatic properties of fresh lemon, while icy cold water will hinder it

Creating a Harmonious Environment

Image
When walking the Path of Self - finding out about yourself - and facing or doing shadow work, work on imaging skills, or meditating; it will be helpful for you to establish a harmonious environment and to cleanse that space on all levels. Begin by selecting a quiet place where you will be able to work alone and undisturbed. Find a space where you can remain completely centered in the present moment. When first beginning such practices as meditation and creative imaging, it is much easier to work in an area you will be able to concentrate fully. Ideally a space reserved for just such activities is most suitable, but when this isn't possible, chose a place that attracts the least amount of outside disturbance. This is most important because every person consists of energy, and their energy can remain or linger in an area even after they have left it. You will want to work in an environment that contains as few outside influences as possible - an area that harmonizes and resonates wit

Teas and Ice Cubes

Image
Tea feel the joy For me, there’s a lot of comfort in a cup of tea. My childhood associations with tea are connected to memories of being safe, cared for, and loved. My grandmother always made me tea and toast, and I have many sweet associations. Boil the kettle and make tea in a favorite mug. Wrap your hands around the mug and feel the comfort of the physical heat. Smell it, sniff it in and let it warm your soul. Take a sip, and as the warm fluid slides down your throat, notice how content you feel with the warmth in your belly. With each sip, envision a caring person from your past smiling at you. Feel their love, support, and care. Drink in the comfort and joy. Taking a few moments to slow down can lower blood pressure, reduce tension, and relax muscles. Using visualization, you can weave a magical blanket of comfort and joy to snuggle into, wrapping yourself in good feeling. )0( Here are some great Tea recipes and Make Ice Cubes with herbs and fruit in them to go with your drinks.
