Clove Magick

Clove oil is used to cure pain. Clove tacks can be used
symbolically to do the same but in this case, it is emotional
pain caused by loss of some sort.

To ease the pain of a personal loss, boil a medium sized orange for
about 5 minutes. Remove from hot water and let stand to cool.

Focus on the orange as being the source of your pain; see it as the
pain itself. Insert a tack of clove into the orange, as many as you
want. I usually do 21.

Say as you insert the tack:

"Clove soothes and pain removes."

Place your "pain" on your altar or anywhere else it will not be
disturbed.

Allow the clove to soothe the pain of your loss. Once you feel better,

take the orange, wrap it in a bag and discard....bury or trash
