Advancement Amulet

Concerned that your hours might be cut, that a demotion is imminent
or that downsizing is around the corner? Make this amulet to protect
yourself from these kinds of changes; you might even improve your
status through proactive magic.

Begin working on the last night of the full moon. Take a small item
that somehow represents your position and a white cloth, and set them
in the moonlight. This charges the token so that it provides you with
mature insights.  On the next night, take the cloth and token in hand
beneath the moon, saying:

Misfortune, stay away from me;
Only prosperity shall I see
Keep my job safe from all harm
Fortuna, empower this magic charm.

Wrap the token in the cloth and carry it with you, or keep it where
you spend the most time at work. This charm can be changed to meet a
lot of different needs. For example, if you've been having a period
of bad luck, just find an object that represents fortunity to you,
and rewrite the invocation to something like the following:

Misfortune, stay away from me;
Only good luck shall I see.
Fortuna, infuse this
charm with serendipity!

Amulet for Getting a Job

Ingredients:
* green flannel bag
* some gravel root
* green or gold candle
* incense (for example: acacia, alfalfa, almond, basil, chamomile, cinnamon, clover, dragon's blood, garlic, ginseng, honeysuckle, lavender, or nutmeg)

Time: On a night when the moon is waxing

Cast your circle, make sure to represent the elements by colored candles, or other tools if you prefer.  Fill the flannel bag with gravel root. Pass the bag through the rising smoke of a candle and/or incense, and say as you you do:

"By the four ancient elements
I do consecrate this amulet
and dedicate it as a tool
of positive wiccan magick."

Now consecrate it to the four elemental/directional spirits, saying:

"Ancient gods of the air, and all
elemental spirits of the east,
let this amulet now be charged
with the mystical energy
of your divine white light."

"Ancient gods of the fire, and all
elemental spirits of the south,
let this amulet now be charged
with the mystical energy
of your divine white light".

"Ancient gods of the water, and all
elemental spirits of the west,
let this amulet now be charged
with the mystical energy
of your divine white light".

"Ancient gods of the earth, and all
elemental spirits of the north,
let this amulet now be charged
with the mystical energy
of your divine white light".

Hold the bag up to the four different directions you are praying to.

Finish by blessing the goddess:

"Blessed be in the name of the goddess
and in the name of her consort.
So mote it be."

Make sure you have your amulet with you whenever you go on a job interview or fill out an application.

A Self-Esteem Charm

Source: Nightwind
This is a very simple spell to use a piece of rose quartz as a charm to boost self-esteem.

During a waxing or full moon take a piece of rose quartz. Cleanse it by holding under running water for about ten seconds, then leave outside or in a window under the light of the moon overnight. The next morning hold the stone in your hands, stand before your altar and say:

" Strength of stone,  earth's power,

be with me from this hour,

love for self, strength of will,

these things in me instill,

confidence lend to me

As I will, it shall be."

Visualize the stone glowing with pink energy as you hold it, until you feel it is properly charged. Carry with you. May be adapted for rose quartz jewelry, or alternately the charged stone may be placed in a cloth pouch with rose petals, oak bark, and St. John's Wort, carry with you as a charm bag.

Prosperity Charm

Make your own "Prosperity Charm". First, you will need
to make a small bag. You need some green fabric, 6" x
3" in size, fold fabric in half, that will give you a
3" x 3" size bag. Next, sew or hot glue two sides
together, you must leave one end open to put your
ingredients into the bag. You will also need a green
ribbon to tie the top opening.

The ingredients you will need is as follows:
a pinch of Moss [any type of moss]
a pinch of Sea Kelp
a pinch of Basil
a pinch of All Spice
3 silver coins [ Dimes or Nickels ]
a small Green Stone or Gem

Place one ingredient into the bag at a time, while
doing this you must say the Prosperity Chant. The
Prosperity Chant goes as follows:

Spirits of Prosperity send abundance down to me.
Spirits of Prosperity send me financial prosperity,
bring me success in all endeavors, with harm to none.
So shall it be!

After putting all eight ingredients into the bag and
saying the Prosperity Chant each time, a total of
eight times, tie the top of the bag with the green
ribbon. You can carry this with you or hang it on the
door knob of your entrance door to your home.

These bags also make great gifts for Friends and
Family members. These bags, when given to someone with
Love, will bring Good Luck and Prosperity.
