Every spring time I get Spring, Fever, I can't wait for flowers to pop up and bloom, I love the baby animals, I feel extra love in my bones, I just have to get outside more than normal, cleaning inside and out too, smudging, cleansing the house, crystals, mix up new potions, plant seeds, bulbs and I can't wait to see the herbs beginning to grow once again. The newness of the earth. It's really amazing Each spring comes the rain be thankful for the rain, embrace it, ask for it, in a much needed amount, not too much, no flooding please, no tornadoes, just nice steady rain, it washes the earth, gives energy to the plants, trees and flowers to grow with vigor. Spring blessings to my readers out there, Here the first day of spring wasn't the nicest of days, it was chilly and we have had a little crazy weather here, in the 80's for a day then down to freezing and hearsay of rain although we haven't had near the rain that we need here in Oklahoma. I have however went forward with Spring plans and been on a cleaning and cooking kick. It started with a good cleaning of my vacuum and then a deep vacuuming of the rooms with carpets, then a good shampoo, I make my own shampoo cleaner and a room febreeze that is easy to do. I will post those recipes here. Then I did a good house cleansing with sage and lavender. Once I felt the house was cleansed throughout with a good smudge, I moved to the kitchen , giving a good wipe down to counters and dusting around. I like to make these muffins for Beltane, they are full of love, made with Cinnamon(for love) and Beltane is all about Love. These muffins are very easy and they have that crunchy cinnamon buttery topping plus a secret ingredient, I add 1 mashed banana to them, great source of fiber too,  Bananas are a very good source of vitamin B6 and a good source of manganese, vitamin C, potassium, dietary fiber, potassium, biotin, and copper.
